We charge a flat shipping fee depending on the delivery address and the weight of the goods ordered. The exact shipping costs are shown on the last page of your order and in the shopping cart before yous send the order to us. We normally ship with either DHL or Hermes.

If you want a delivery within Germany for goods with the statues = immediately available, this express shipping depending on the weight. Express shipping must always be agreed by telephone.
By arrangement, express delivery is also possible for a higher shipment price.

Delivery to Switzerland and to non EU countries
For delivery to non EU countries additional duties, taxes and fees will be apply which is to paid by the customer.

** The shipping costs to Switzerland already include customs fee (= clearance fee). Customers with a Swiss delivery address therefore only have to pay taxes on delivery. Note: Unfortunately, delivery to a PO box adress in Switzerland is not possible!
