Placing an order at Dilbari:
1. Shopping cart
Select the products you want to buy by clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button. You can now continue your shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the appropriat buttons. To get to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart box at the top on the right side. You can change the number of of items you wanr in the shopping cart by clicking the up or down arrows. You can delete unwanted articles. Vouchers can also be redeemed in the shopping cart by entering the code number in the provided field.
2. Checkout
By clicking the “Next step” button you will get to the next order section. Here you enter your billing adress and, if necessary, a different delivery address. Your data will not be passed to third parties and will be collected and processed in compliande with the data protection guidelines for the purpose of order processing (data protection notice). By clicking the “Next step” button you can choose the payment method.
3. Payment method
Select your preferred payment method here. With PayPal and direct transfer you will be forwarded to the corresponding payment system. If you choose bank transfer, you will receive the account details for the transfer with the order confirmation email.
Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly.
4. Order process, terms of conditions and cancellation policy
In this steps you will again see an overview of your order and data. Please check whether your dat are correct . Read the terms of conditions and the cancellation policy carefully and confirm your knowledge by clicking (tick) the corresponding button. To complete process, click on the “Order with obligation to pay” button. By doing this, you are submitting a legally binding offer.
